Service Prices
Starter Plan: ¥45,000 (10 lessons) / Standard Plan: ¥80,000 (20 lessons) / Premium Plan: ¥200,000 (50 lessons). All prices include tax. Each lesson is 50 minutes.
Additional Costs
Internet connection fees and device costs are borne by the customer. No other additional fees apply.
Payment Methods
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) via Stripe.
Payment Timing
Payment is charged at the time of purchase via Stripe Checkout.
Service Delivery
Lessons are delivered online via Google Meet video call. Lesson points are credited to your account immediately after successful payment. Lessons can be booked via the dashboard calendar.
Cancellation Policy
Individual lessons may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full point refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the lesson will not receive a point refund.
Refund Policy
Purchased lesson point packages are non-refundable. Unused points that expire will not be refunded. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of TutorLuke English Services.
Point Validity
Starter Plan: 2 months from purchase / Standard Plan: 4 months from purchase / Premium Plan: 10 months from purchase. Points expire at the end of the validity period.
Operating Environment
A stable internet connection, a device with a webcam and microphone, and the Google Meet application (free) are required to attend lessons.
