Lessons are taught in English because immersion is what works — but I've taught Japanese learners for over a decade and know exactly where they get stuck. If you're lost, you can absolutely ask in Japanese, and the site and emails are fully available in Japanese.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the lesson start time and your point is returned automatically. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, use the point. If I ever have to cancel, your point is returned and we reschedule.

Each plan has its own validity period, shown clearly on the pricing page (for example, smaller packs last a couple of months, larger packs up to two years). Points unused after the validity period expire, so pick the pack that matches your pace.
