Courses
Three courses. One teacher. Your goals.
Every course is a one-on-one 50-minute lesson with me — same points, same booking. Pick the course that fits your goal, or mix them freely.
Course 1
Daily English
Everyday conversation that sounds like you — not a textbook.
For life, travel and everything outside the office. We practice the real situations you'll actually be in — ordering food, making friends, traveling, talking about your day — with the goal of expressing not just words, but how you actually feel.
- Travel abroad with confidence — airports, hotels, restaurants, small talk
- Chat naturally with foreign friends, guests and colleagues
- Prepare for living, studying or working holiday abroad
- Restart English as a hobby — even after years away from it
Example topics
Beginner → Advanced. Many of my students start from zero — one-on-one is actually the easiest place to begin.
Course 2
Business English
From your first self-introduction to leading a negotiation.
Practical workplace English built around YOUR job — not a generic script. Meetings, email, presentations, phone calls, client small talk: we rehearse the exact situations you face, in your industry, at your level. Complete beginners are very welcome — business English is where I've spent most of my career.
- Speak up in meetings and online calls without freezing
- Write email and chat messages quickly and naturally
- Prepare for presentations, negotiations and job interviews
- Get ready for overseas assignments and business trips
Example topics
Beginner → Advanced. Many of my students start from zero — one-on-one is actually the easiest place to begin.
Course 3
Super Casual
The English your textbook is afraid of.
Unique to TutorLuke. Slang, banter, jokes and yes — swearing — taught properly: what it really means, how strong it is, and when you can (and really can't) use it. If you want to understand movies, music and real native-speed conversation, this is the course.
- Understand movies, dramas and music without subtitles
- Joke and banter naturally with native friends
- Learn slang and strong language — safely, with strength ratings
- Keep up with real native-speed casual conversation
Example topics
Beginner → Advanced. Many of my students start from zero — one-on-one is actually the easiest place to begin.
Not sure which to choose? Mix freely.
Courses aren't contracts — they're directions. Use the same lesson points for any course, switch anytime, or blend them: business English on Tuesday, casual English before your trip. Just tell me your goal and I'll build the lessons around it.
